July 4th weekend

We just got home from going out to eat at Camp Smith's Sunset Lanai. Can I just say the views are spectacular. The girls were good most of the time. Kira tried to throw her plate onto the floor but luckily mom was on her toes and caught it. We went with a few good friends over there and Olivia enjoyed dinner with her (and our) friends. Wednesday is mongolian bbq and we still have yet to portion our plates at 80 cents an ounce. That is key.
Our 4th weekend was nice. Jay was off Fri-Mon. We hung out at home most of the weekend and made it over to Bellows Beach on Monday. Jay had not been there since we first got on Island. Its is one of the best beaches on the Island. Sunday I spent the morning at Church and when I got home we took Olivia and Kira to the Community pool. We enjoyed BBQ on the grill at the neighbors house and later we watched a little bit of fireworks from the housing area. You can see them all the way to downtown, although you don't get the full effect. I started to rain so we came in and watched the rest on TV.
